On consultations, whether by email or phone, once you’ve received your consult, there are no refunds. Refunds are available only if you cancel prior to your appointment 24 hours in advance (if by phone) or prior to the agreed upon deadline delivery date of your email consult. Once you have received your consultation, similar to software sales, no refunds are available at that time.
We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping to ship your order and usually ships within 7 working days.
We currently do not ship internationally.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Aspenbloom Pet Care. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the products we supply we will issue a full refund for the product price less the cost of shipping. You have 14 days to return a product.
NOTE: All book sales are final
Please note that returns due to dislike, size, packaging etc. will incur a 20% restocking fee.
To return your product please contact us for a return authorization. We will email you with instructions on how to return your product to us.
Once we have received your product we will then issue you a refund via company check. We do not pay for return shipping charges. If however your product was defective or was a mistake on our part we will gladly pay your return shipping charges.
We respect your privacy and therefore never sell, trade, or give your personal information or e-mail addresses to third parties not affiliated with your online order. You will only receive e-mails from us regarding your order. We use the information that we collect from you on our website only to provide you with a superior shopping experience.

We invite our customers to submit reviews of the products they have purchased or the consultation they have received. This information is then displayed on our site to aid other visitors’ experience. These submissions are always voluntary, and the only personal information requested is the customer’s name.
